Olivier is a partner based in Paris and leader of the Transformation Practice in France. He is an expert in rapid and large-scale transformations of companies, which he has carried out both by accompanying them and by exercising responsibilities as a manager or chief transformation officer.
Oliver focuses on improving long-term performance, commercial efficiency, and operational optimization, including the reconfiguration of production and distribution sites. He works mainly with leading companies from the aeronautics and defense, food processing, and distribution sectors.
Prior to rejoining McKinsey's French office in 2016, where he had been a consultant for nearly seven years, Olivier held several senior management roles at major international companies.
He is a graduate of ESPCI Paris and holds an MBA from HEC Paris.
