Raghavan is a partner at McKinsey's Chennai office and has worked with the firm for over 13 years. He has extensive experience serving global technology companies on digital strategy, organization structure, profitability, and productivity.
Apart from leading engagements in core consulting, Raghavan was also head of product developments for Horizon 360 at McKinsey, where he anchored end-to-end ownership—from conceptualization to managing delivery capabilities—for several proprietary capabilities developed at the firm.
