Stefanie brings broad industrial expertise in operations along multiple functions, including manufacturing, planning, logistics, quality, and supply chain, having accrued more than a decade of experience prior to joining McKinsey. Her work focuses on cultivating the next growth and development opportunities for companies—especially within the advanced industries sector—and sharing best practices with other industries such as consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. She is enthusiastic about connecting the right people, expertise to create additional value for clients and to encourage overall industry developments.

Recently, Stefanie has helped an aerospace manufacturer increase throughput by implementing digitally-enabled process management systems and building out digital capabilities; worked with an automotive OEM to develop a governance plan, organizational setup, and rollout plan to create additional impact through digitization; and supported an automotive supplier in the development of their post-COVID response for supply chain and worldwide operations setup.
