Steve is a senior expert at McKinsey and part of the firm’s battery accelerator sector in North America. Based in our Detroit office, he supports manufacturing clients across the globe.
In his advisory work, Steve serves a broad range of companies in industries such as automotive, aerospace and defense, and renewable energy. He brings his experience in designing, building, and launching manufacturing operations—especially in battery-powered electric vehicles and gigafactories. With an extensive background in advanced analytics and operations simulation, Steve helps companies effectively plan and efficiently launch new product manufacturing.
Before joining the firm, Steve was a senior manager who oversaw factory design, engineering analytics, and operations planning. Prior to this, he also worked extensively in the aerospace and defense industry, as well as with product lifecycle management software.
