Passionate about the future of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Kaushik serves clients in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand on issues related to sustainability, growth, competitiveness, and productivity. He has experience working across industries—including energy, basic materials, logistics, consumer products, and the public sector—and in numerous markets throughout Asia, including Australia, India and Japan.
He was previously the Managing Partner for Southeast Asia, as well as Managing Partner for the Jakarta office. A homegrown leader, Kaushik is deeply committed to youth development in the region. He champions McKinsey’s YL4I program in Southeast Asia, a program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the country and other social initiatives. In the past, Kaushik has been based in McKinsey’s London office for some time, where he served companies in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy.
