Lee is a leader of McKinsey’s M&A work in Asia–Pacific. He has a specialist understanding of global energy and materials and more than 25 years of experience across various sectors, such as metals and mining, industrial services, manufacturing, electric power and natural gas, infrastructure, agriculture and retail.
At McKinsey, Lee supports companies on long-term transformation and M&A projects. He also advises on operational-productivity improvements for industrial, mining, and oil and gas companies.
